Lead Mark recently completed the delivery of 50 units of half-inch handheld inkjet printers to a galvanized pipe manufacturing plant in Kazakhstan.
The customer is a professional producer of galvanized steel pipes for construction and industrial projects. In their production process, clear and durable marking is required for printing batch numbers, dates, and product information directly on metal pipe surfaces.
After testing different solutions, the customer selected Lead Mark’s handheld inkjet printers for their portability, stable performance, and excellent printing quality on galvanized materials. The compact handheld design allows operators to mark pipes of different diameters directly on-site, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
For this project, Lead Mark provided equipment supply, application testing, and technical support. Fast-drying industrial ink was configured to ensure clear characters and strong adhesion on galvanized surfaces.
To simplify logistics, Lead Mark arranged DDP shipping and delivered the machines directly to the customer’s warehouse in Kazakhstan. After installation and testing, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the machine performance and ease of operation.
This project demonstrates Lead Mark’s ability to provide reliable handheld coding solutions for industrial customers in the Central Asian market.
